This Chinese antique table dates to around the beginning of the last century and originates from Shanxi province. Crafted from solid elm wood, the table has traces of its original black finish and a calm, with clean lines and a well-balanced silhouette that reflects the functional elegance of late Qing dynasty furniture.

The wide rectangular top shows a beautifully time-worn surface, with softened edges, subtle undulations and a gently faded tone developed through decades of use. The natural grain of the wood is clearly visible beneath the patina, giving the surface warmth and depth.
