Pale cream and soft blue tones contrast with darker areas and glimpses of warm timber, creating a richly textured surface. The finish highlights the panelled design on the doors, with a large central section on each door set within smaller rectangular panels.

The two broad doors have been formed by adapting the original fixed panels and adding small metal drop handles, making the cupboard space easy to access while retaining the decorative woodwork. Inside, a shelf extends across the width behind a central removable upright post, providing generous storage for tableware, glasses and other household items. Panelled sides, a framed top and a simple apron complete the sideboard’s substantial, balanced design.

A distinctive addition to a dining room or living room, the sideboard offers practical storage alongside plenty of display space for lamps, photographs and favourite ornaments. Its soft blues and varied neutral tones would sit beautifully with natural wood and textured fabrics.

NB.
